1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that processing may take slightly longer during sales or seasonal demand.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services.


3. Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment anytime through the Track Your Order page on our website using your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after dispatch.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the UK and Europe.
Express or Priority shipping options (if available) may include an additional fee displayed at checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
London Veloria is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.


6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your address is entered correctly during checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, you may request a re-shipment (shipping fee applies).


7. Delays or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at london.veloria@gmail.com.
We will open a shipping investigation with our logistics partner and ensure a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.


8. Pre-Orders and Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll always receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if that occurs.
