🩶 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. How can I place an order?
Simply select your size, add your favourite pieces to the basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact us at london.veloria@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once it’s been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and other secure payment options available at checkout.

4. Will I be charged in pounds?
Yes. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and payments are processed securely in British pounds.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, and delivery takes:

  • UK: 7–15 working days

  • Europe: 7–18 working days

  • Rest of world: 10–25 working days

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK and European orders. Express delivery may be available at an additional cost.

7. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You can also track it directly through our Track Your Order page.

8. What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must include original packaging and tags.

9. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at london.veloria@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

10. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 working days once your return has been inspected. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to complete the process.

11. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the size or colour you’d prefer.

12. Where do your products come from?
We work closely with trusted international partners and manufacturers to bring you high-quality, carefully selected pieces that meet the London Veloria standard of comfort and sophistication.

13. Are your sizes true to fit?
Most of our garments are true to standard UK sizing. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before purchasing.

14. Will an item be restocked once it’s sold out?
Some bestsellers are restocked, while others are limited editions. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
