Damages & wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way: return the item; once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired size/style.

Items showing signs of wear (deodorant/makeup/odors), alterations, or missing tags/packaging

EU 14-day cooling-off
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, a refund to your original payment method is issued within 10 business days. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post it.

Return shipping costs

If we made a mistake (defective/wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

For other returns (size/fit/changed mind), the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
